NEW for 2009 Season: Garage has been converted to a game room which includes ping pong, foosball and darts for your entertainment. A shaded deck was added for additional outdoor dining and relaxation options. The living room opens to the expansive screened-in-porch furnished with lots of wicker furniture. There is a TV that can be viewed from all areas of the open floor plan with cable TV. The kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs. The main level has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with 2 twins, and a full bathroom. The lower level has another living area (incl full size sleep sofa) with TV, DVD, and a bar area (another full-size refrigerator is located in laundry room), and a table for games, puzzles, etc. The third bedroom, with a twin over a full bunk bed, a full bathroom, and washer/dryer completes this level. Walk onto the patio and stroll down the lighted walkway to the water. You can tie your boat to the dock (lift not available). You do have the use of the jet ski lift, a green canoe, and there are electrical outlets at the dock. There is about 1' of water at the shoreline and 8' of water at the end of the dock.
