Steps from the deck lead to a wooden walkway and down the gently sloping lot to the boat house. The boat house has an upper sun deck, storage room with a refrigerator for cold drinks, and a boat slip with lift. The lift will hold up to a 23' and 4500 lb boat. Two personal watercraft lifts are adjacent to the boat house. The shoreline has about a foot of water, with six feet of water at the end of the dock. A LICENSE TO FISH from the dock and shoreline is provided. A boat ramp and large marina are nearby. Lots of parking for cars and trailers. For golfers, the Lake Gaston 18-hole public golf course is about a 10 minute drive. One dog, 40 lbs, or two 25 lb dogs are welcome (NO CATS). $100 non-refundable pet fee. NO SMOKING.
