The focal point of Dogwood Landing is its large, fully updated kitchen and spacious dining area with seating for 10+. The living area includes a queen futon(with the availability of a privacy curtain) and TV with DVD player. The den is off the kitchen and has a 32 inch TV with DVD player, large L-shaped sofa with recliner, and a comfy chair. Two sliders provide access to the deck. TVs have satellite reception. The MBR has sliding doors leading to the deck, a queen bed, adjoining master bath, and water view. The deck extends across the back of the home, has plenty of seating, and gates for pets. Steps from the deck lead to a wooden walkway and down the gently sloping lot to the boat house. The boat house has an upper sun deck, storage room with a refrigerator for cold drinks, and a boat slip with lift. The lift will hold up to a 23' and 4500 lb boat. Two personal watercraft lifts are adjacent to the boat house. The shoreline has about a foot of water, with six feet of water at the end of the dock. A LICENSE TO FISH from the dock and shoreline is provided. A boat ramp and large marina are nearby. Lots of parking for cars and trailers. For golfers, the Lake Gaston 18-hole public golf course is about a 10 minute drive. One dog, 40 lbs, or two 25 lb dogs are welcome (NO CATS). $100 non-refundable pet fee. NO SMOKING.
