Two bedrooms (one with a Q bed and one lakeside with a K) and 1 1/2 baths complete this level. The lower level has another living area with TV, DVD, and VCR, foosball, one bedroom with a K bed and the 4th one with 2 twins. A full bath completes this level. Walk out onto the screened-in porch to relax and watch the water activities. There is another outdoor deck on this level as well. Then stroll to the dock where you secure your boat along the side and also have use of the manual Jet Ski lift. You will also find a paddle boat and various floats for renters to use in the water as well. There is about 4 feet of water at the end of the dock. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS, PLEASE.
