The great room has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the view, 42" Flat screen TV with cable or DVD/VCR movies, or chat with friends and family. The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. There is a large counter separating the kitchen from the dining area with (6) barstools. The large dining table also has (6) chairs. There are (2) bedrooms to the right of the great room with a bathroom in-between (one with a queen and full and one with one queen & twin bed, and (2) bedrooms to the left with a bathroom in-between (one with 2 full beds, and one with king and TV). The deck has plenty of seating with bench seats and wide railing to place a plate of food or a book to read while watching the water activities. There is a pool table, foosball and ping pong table in the basement which is accessed from the outside, plus a TV with VCR. You can play games, cards or put together puzzles on the large picnic table while waiting your turn at the recreational games. There is also another bathroom on this level. Stroll across the gently sloped yard to the dock situated in the large protected cove just off the main lake. There is one slip to secure your boat with 4-5 feet of water at the end of the dock. You can also enjoy the community swimming pool located on the main lake just minutes form this vacation home. With permission, one "lab" size dog or (2) dogs under 25lbs may be permitted.
